- MASX curates cultural and event-based experiences
- Some elements (events, venues, schedules) may change
- We always aim to provide equal or better alternatives where possible

- Our N.I.T.E. Guides are there to support your journey
- You’ll have guidance when needed--without restricting your freedom
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
- You are responsible for your behavior, safety, and decisions
- This includes alcohol consumption and participation in activities
PAYMENTS & DISPUTES
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe
- If any issue arises, please contact us first before initiating disputes
MEDIA & CONTENT
- Photos/videos may be captured during trips
- If you prefer not to be featured, just let us know--we’ll respect it

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.masxworld.com (the “Site”) and any services, products, or travel experiences offered by MASX Entertainment Inc., also known as MASX World Travels or MASX (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this Site, booking a Tour, or making any payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. DEFINITIONS
- Client / You: Any person using the Site or participating in a Tour
- Supplier: Third-party providers (hotels, airlines, event organizers, etc.)
- Tour: Any MASX travel experience, including accommodations, events, activities, and services arranged by MASX or its Suppliers
3. USE OF SITE
By using this Site, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You agree to comply with these Terms at all times
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site—including text, images, branding, and media—is the property of MASX and may not be used without written permission.
5. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
MASX is committed to delivering a seamless booking experience.
- Bookings require either a deposit or full payment
- Payment plans may be offered and must be completed as agreed
- Bookings are not confirmed until written confirmation is issued by MASX
- MASX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking
If MASX cancels a booking, a full refund of payments made will be issued.
6. PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including Stripe.
By submitting payment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate payment information
- Authorize MASX to charge your selected payment method
- Comply with Stripe’s terms and your financial institution
MASX does not store full payment details and is not responsible for third-party processing errors.
7. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By completing a booking, you authorize MASX to:
- Charge deposits, balances, and agreed additional services
- Charge any outstanding amounts under payment plans
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
8. PRICING & CURRENCY
Prices may be subject to:
- Currency fluctuations
- Processing fees
- Taxes
Clients are responsible for any additional bank or provider fees.
9. PAYMENT DEFAULT
Failure to complete payments by agreed deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of amounts already paid.
10. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing a Tour, you agree:
- To contact MASX directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute
- That all services are governed by these Terms and refund policies
- That completed travel services are non-reversible
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Cancellation of bookings
- Denial of future services
- Legal action
MASX reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation to dispute chargebacks.
11. FRAUD PREVENTION
MASX reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel suspicious transactions
- Request identity verification
- Suspend bookings involving suspected fraud
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
MASX works with third-party Suppliers and acts as an intermediary.
MASX is not responsible for:
- Supplier performance
- Delays, cancellations, or service failures
- Changes made by third parties
Suppliers may have their own terms and policies.
13. EVENT & EXPERIENCE DISCLAIMER
MASX curates experiences that may include events, nightlife, and cultural activities.
While we strive to deliver all planned elements, certain components may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
Changes to events, venues, or schedules do not automatically entitle Clients to refunds.
14. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Refunds are based on the following schedule (excluding deposits):
- 120+ days: 100% refund (minus deposit)
- 90–119 days: 75% refund (minus deposit)
- 60–89 days: 50% refund (minus deposit)
- 30–59 days: 25% refund (minus deposit)
- Under 30 days: No refund
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
15. NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to attend a Tour or any included component without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
16. LATE ARRIVALS & MISSED SERVICES
MASX is not responsible for any missed flights, transfers, activities, or Tour components due to late arrival, personal scheduling, or external delays. No refunds will be provided for missed portions of the Tour.
17. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Clients are responsible for:
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
- Required visas and documentation
- Compliance with local laws
VISAS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Clients are solely responsible for meeting all entry requirements, including visas, vaccinations, and documentation. MASX is not responsible for denied entry or related costs.
18. ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodation details are subject to availability. MASX reserves the right to substitute accommodations of equal or greater value where necessary.
For shared accommodations, Clients are responsible for their assigned room arrangements.
19. FLIGHTS
Unless explicitly stated, flights are not included in Tour packages. Where flights are included, they are subject to airline terms and conditions, and MASX is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes.
20. HEALTH & SAFETY
- Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions
- MASX may deny participation for safety reasons
21. GROUP CONDUCT
Clients must:
- Behave respectfully
- Follow MASX and guide instructions
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
22. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
MASX reserves the right to refuse service or participation to any Client at its discretion, including prior to departure or during a Tour.
23. ALCOHOL & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for their behavior, including alcohol consumption.
MASX is not liable for:
- Incidents related to intoxication
- Injuries or damages during nightlife activities
24. ITINERARY CHANGES
MASX may modify itineraries due to:
- Weather
- Safety concerns
- Supplier changes
- Operational needs
Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.
25. FORCE MAJEURE
MASX is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including:
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Civil unrest
- Event cancellations
MASX will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives, credits, or rescheduling options where possible.
26. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Travel involves inherent risks, including:
- Transportation risks
- Environmental exposure
- Health risks
- Political instability
- Nightlife and event environments
By participating, you accept all risks.
27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MASX is committed to delivering exceptional experiences; however, travel involves variables beyond our control.
- MASX is not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage
- MASX’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client
- MASX is not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party damages
28. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MASX from any claims arising from:
- Your participation
- Your actions
- Your breach of these Terms
29. EXPERIENCE DISCLAIMER
MASX does not guarantee specific outcomes or individual experiences.
30. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
Photos and videos may be captured during Tours for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be featured, you may notify MASX, and all reasonable efforts will be made to respect your request.
31. ADDITIONAL COSTS
Any expenses not included in your Tour are your responsibility.
32. CHANGES TO TERMS
MASX may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
33. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
34. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is invalid, the remaining Terms remain in full effect.

36. CLIENT AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms
- These Terms form a legally binding agreement
- You accept all risks associated with travel
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws
- You accept full responsibility for your behavior
- You understand MASX policies
- You agree to contact MASX before disputes
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
